Please note we only ship to mainland UK due to customs issues for other countries.
All fish are well packaged and sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery (Posted for next day delivery Mon-Thur). If possible please state your preferred delivery/arrival date when placing order.
During the cooler months a heatpack is essential to ensure the fish's welfare so please ensure this option is selected at checkout.
Fish will be shipped on a designated day suited to both Bettabred and the customer as someone must be in to recieve the parcel.
D.O.A. should the worst happen we request a picture of the fish in unopened original bag to be emailed by 5pm on delivery day and refund will be given. This excludes the cost of postage.
At our discretion we may request the fish in it's bag be returned to us for further inspection (bettabred will cover the shipping cost). We've never had to do this and hopefully never will.
